Higher Wiscombe
At the head of a peaceful valley, a few minutes from the sea, are three award winning 5 star self-catering holiday cottages. There are three cottages, two sleep six and one enormous one that sleeps twenty, all the sixteen bedrooms are ensuite, and the large cottage dining room can seat up to thirty four, making it ideal for group get-togethers of all kinds. The cottages are very dog friendly too, and are near both the South West Coast Path and the East Devon Way, so perfect for walkers. There is a heated outdoor pool in summer, plus an a games room, and one of the smaller cottages has its own cinema room. The cottages have won many awards both for quality, winning the Visit England award for the best holiday cottages in England, and for sustainability with many green awards including a Goldstar Award from the Green Tourism Business scheme.
Paramour Grange
Paramour Grange is a large historic farmhouse with an interesting history. Ancient artworks can be seen inside the property! There is also an adjoining cottage, and the owners also offer a modern flat in Wandsworth, south-west London.

Leys Farmouse Annexe
Leys Farmouse Annexe is a peaceful, rural bungalow annexe next to the owners’ home. It is well equipped, with extras added, so you don’t have to pack them. All linen is provided. The village pub, a mile away, serves good food. The location is ideally situated for touring the area. Add an outdoor swimming pool for a perfect holiday!

Mevagissey Holiday Cottages is a family-run agency located in Mevagissey itself, and has been trading for almost 20 years. Owned and run by Helen Whatty and her husband John, they limit the number of properties they offer and cover a relatively small area within 5 miles of Mevagissey, ensuring that we are able to offer an excellent, personal service to visitors, many of whom return year after year. They know all the properties in great detail, and are always happy to answer any questions you have or advise on suitability.
